Peel THE Potato Guides Hub

Start with the first-run loop, then use the key, upgrade, class, and shop guides for the decision you are on.

How to use the guides

Read the first run once. After that, open the page that matches the station where you are stuck.

Which Peel THE Potato guides are published?

First run: from the pile to the vault

Open the soviet potato republic experience, learn the collect-peel-sell loop, and spend the first Cash on capacity, pickup, and the manual peeler line.

Open guide

How to find the hidden key

The key has no published coordinate. Keep the peel loop moving, ignore shiny potatoes that are not keys, and open the vault as soon as the key appears.

Open guide

Upgrade order for the current bottleneck

The account screen shows Hand Grab Amount, Bag Size, Cash Boost, and Gem Boost. Buy whichever of those is the current bottleneck.

Open guide

Peelers, the Hand Peeler, and the Auto Peeler

Buy the manual peeler line in order, treat 2,500 peels as the Hand Peeler checkpoint, and use the Auto Peeler as slow background throughput until it is upgraded.

Open guide

Classes, chances, and what to lock

The class screen shows six chances that add up to 100%. Peasant has no bonus. The other effects come from class write-ups and should be checked on your card.

Open guide

Cash, Gems, and the daily track

Cash is spent inside the run. Gems persist for hub upgrades and class rolls. Diamond potatoes are a potato type, not a confirmed Gem conversion.

Open guide

A faster escape without paid shortcuts

Fill the first bucket, upgrade the slowest station, and leave for the vault when the key appears. Group runs in one recorded lobby were faster than the solo estimate.

What the Robux shop was selling

Five game passes and a set of one-round tools were on the Roblox store sample from October 5, 2026. None of them are required to escape.

Open guide

Shovel, vacuum, and the POT4TO-3000

The bucket, shovel, POT4TO-3000, and Potato Vacuum move potatoes off the pile. Burst tools overheat, and a faster collector still needs a peeler that can keep up.

Chapter 2 and the Time to cook notice

Chapter 2 and the words Time to cook were both attached to October 10, 2026. No feature list was published with either notice.

FAQ

Peel THE Potato guide questions

What is the Time to cook update?

A localized Roblox events line showed Chapter 2 as new content on October 10, 2026. A separate report said the developers teased the words Time to cook for 7:00 PM UTC that day. Neither notice listed the actual features.

What is the goal in Peel THE Potato?

You dig through a mountain of potatoes, peel them, and look for one hidden key. The key opens the vault. After you escape, the replay goal is to beat your fastest escape time.

Is Peel THE Potato free?

Yes. The Roblox experience by soviet potato republic is free to join. Robux products can skip a tool or add storage for a round, but reviewed free routes still reach the key and the vault.

Are there working codes?

No code string is confirmed. Daily rewards and group rewards are separate panels, not typed codes. Do not enter codes published for other potato games.

Is the mountain 25,000 potatoes?

The official description does not give a potato count. Several early guides repeat 25,000. Later reviewed runs never show that counter. They do show a machine checkpoint around 2,500 peels. Treat 25,000 as an unverified headline figure.

Do I need Robux to escape?

No. Paid storage, instant peel actions, and premium pickup tools shorten a run. They are not required to find the key. Do not copy a finish time from a run that bought those shortcuts.
